Carl Allen (Jim Carrey), who has passed his prime, has no worries about food and clothing, but his life can be described as a failure. Divorced his wife three years ago and has always lived a single life. He works in a bank, but he is basically in a state of eating and waiting for death, and there is no hope of promotion. In life, he refuses to socialize with others, but prefers to stay at home and watch movies, and his whole life seems to be shrouded in a gray fog. At the suggestion of a friend, Carl comes to an agency called "Yes Man" for counseling, and under the guidance of his mentor Terrence (Terence Stamp), he tries to answer every question in life in the affirmative. This small change turned Carl's life upside down, honor, money, opportunity, love followed, and just when he was full of confidence, he found that life was not as simple as he thought...... The film is based on the autobiography of the same name by British comedian and writer Danny Wallace and won the 2009 MTV Award for Best Comedy Performance (Jim Carrey).
