In order to commemorate Teresa Teng's 60th birthday, a commemorative concert called "Dream Chaser - Forever Teresa Teng" was held at Taipei Arena, including Liang Jingru, Zhong Zhentao, Cao Ge, Liang Wenyin, Deng Furu, Xiao Jingteng, Zhang Liangying, Jay Chou, Chen Jia, Wang Jing, Chinese singer Yuan Li in Japan, and Grammy's best violinist JAMII, and other artists from across the Taiwan Strait, three places, and different countries gathered together to commemorate this generation of giant ddd with classic and timeless singing and music. On the 18th anniversary of Teresa Teng's death, this year coincides with Teresa Teng's 60th birthday, and Teresa Teng Cultural and Educational Foundation specially planned to hold large-scale commemorative concerts in Taipei and Beijing. The Taipei show debuted on the 12th, attracting 6,500 fans, and major media outlets in Taiwan, Japan's NHK, Japan's Sankei Shimbun, Hong Kong's TVB and China's CCTV music channel all sent people to interview. The concert was kicked off by Leung Ching-ru with a song "Colorful Clouds Flying", while Chung Zhentao and Jay Chou were interested in singing Teresa Teng's "Small Town Story" together. In order to distinguish the styles of the two generations, Jay Chou specially adapted the rock version of "Small Town Story" and played and sang to Teresa Teng. Since it coincided with Mother's Day, Jay Chou also humorously reminded the audience to "listen to my mother". Xiao Jingteng brought a series of Teresa Teng's love suites such as "A Thousand Words" and "Goodbye My Lover", and her gripping singing voice won full applause.
